HoA obtainability?

So got the item required and then went ahead and clicked on a silithus portal which teleported me to silithus but when it started visually loading the zone I got disconnected and this happened to me for 5 times in row. I also tried going in on a different char and no problems but now I can't get onto my lvl 10.
 
This happens when you are Chromie'd to a time. When you log in, this sounds silly, but as you log in, SPAM click the portal before you disconnect.

This happened to me, and I was able to get out of it several times. You'll be ported back to Dazalar, then go to Org, disable Chromie, then go back to Dazalar.

I was also doing the initial instanced Legion questline, and I finished that before I went back to Dazalar just in case. It was weird. I disabled Chromie time, then had to still finish the Legion quests, then go to Dazalar.

I will try to spam click the portal and see if it works since Blizzard makes it so hard for you to make a ticket... Thank you in advance!

It worked and I obtained the neck thank you very much!
 
Happened to me as well, it was the "chromie time" issue. However, if you can't click the portal to get back, there's a feature on the battle net support site, just google for "Stuck Character Service"

It will port you to Dranosh'ar blockade (for Horde), very close to the Orgrimmar gate. I assume Alliance characters get ported close to Stormwind.
