EU+US Brewfest Trinkets

Hey Everyone!
Just like everyone, i'm farming Coren Direbrew to get the mounts, and i managed to get my hands on some of the trinkets; so i'm wondering, are they worth using now that Laquered Carvings are available?
I'm playing an Arms Warrior, for reference.

Compared to available trinkets on the PTR, the proc still looks like it would be pretty good. And it will only get better as Legion dungeon drops eventually get nerfed.
 
I haven't received a single trinket and I've done about 20 Corens now. Do they not drop at level 99?

I had some bad luck as well, but tested this on F2P and my main subbed acc. All levels (that can que) do get the trinks, you're just unlucky :p.

Chaos Talisman looks pretty unobtainable (level 107 elite boss) and unusable (req level 105) for F2p; guess it used to be easier!
 
fair warning for the last minute f2p achievement hunters:
joining brewfest club (for achievements) as a f2p makes it impossible to use the delete toon/rename trick.
achieve with caution.

You can still open a ticket for a gm to clear your mail so that you can delete the character ;)
