EU+US 70's in Shadowlands?

Obviously they won't be 70 anymore. What I'm wondering is if the new minimum Level to physically enter BT/SWP will be the new 'TBC Twink' or if it will be better to just mourn over any 70's I have now? On Wowhead it shows Level 30 to enter BT/SWP, which is odd since that's current Level 80-81, WAAY overtuned for a 'TBC PvE Raid Twink'. Thoughts?

I also just read that Flying won't be available until 30, so that makes sense for parts of Outlands anyway.

EDIT: Now 30 seems odd, we'll have access to ALL Raids in WotLK also. Or maybe that's perfect instead, 2 of the best Expacs ever made for WoW and a Twink for both.

Its too early to tell, the PTR is really buggy and is definitely subject to change. it does seem some instances we might lose access to, but right now we can access quite a few instances, especially now that we get other expansions. Currently my 27s damage is still really good, or I can stack quite a bit of versatility to become tanky. I have a feeling at least the easy +5 intellect +5 crit might be nerfed tho with how much focus its getting. It seems we get access to mastery as well, so that additional stat could help even more depending on the spec(for warlocks, my 70, it definitely helps). We do lose quite a few abilities however.

Yeah, I read that 70 > 27, but since BT/SWP doesn't seem available until 30 (as well as Flying) then 70's may have to push and Twink 30. Maybe the extra couple Levels and access to lots of higher iLvL gear than old 70's had access to will make up for lost Abilities.

Personally I can’t see this being on purpose. All the gear in them still req 27

I don't disagree but according to Wowhead (yes it's still PTR info) ALL Raids from Vanilla > WotLK require Level 30 to enter.
 
79's are the only twinks that actually correlate to another end of bracket level (that being the new 29!). Currently, ALL other twinks are getting knocked to the middle of bracket.

99 squishes to 39, 119 (no idea if that's an actual thing though) to 49.

Yeah.... What a dumb change if so... I like the idea of being in the same bracket with 55s, 69s, 70s, 74s and 79s and all the ones in between.

119 was a thing in BfA, and it does scale to 49 in the prepatch. I don't know how well it will fair as 49, since the ilvl advantage is not nearly as good and 50s with essences/better azerite gear/higher overall stamina 100% win against them now(think scaling is gone or the difference is so high you can't notice anymore). If 49s can get into bgs, then maybe or if 50s get a nerf.
 
Do we have any information on our grandfathered enchants (head enchant, etc) in Shadowlands? Has it been removed, or are they still there?
 
what lvl req's nifflevar being set to, and is it even hot stuff anymore in the years since i've played 70s?
 
Head,legs, shoulder enchants is just downscaled a bit. Gems also, some gems are not hotfixed yet wich gives a lot stats still compared to what The gear gives.

few days left to get those heroic gems :)

i am farming three accounts and have room for two more tonight horde side. will hit every heroic. made it efficient by placing three level 20s at summon stones. been farming gems for three weeks and have a decent stash so far. hit me up in dm for btag if interested
