PTR Twinking in SL

So i guess new brackets are gonna be <25/25/30/35/45 etc, just wondering what are people most excited about. Did some testing on PTR and even tho vanilla/bc/wotlk raids are all scaled to 30 they are definitely not scaled equally. For example i went in as a lvl35 and tested all of these, here are the results. Vanilla raids are easily soloable, tbc raids are doable, not as easily but doable, wotlk not at all doable, couldn't pass even first two ghouls in icc. In all 3 expansions trash mobs were scaled up to 30, but their hp pools were very different. Having less brackets could be good for our community, since lvl 30 offers 3 expansion worth of stuff i guess that one will be most populated. I'm sure vanilla raids could be doable with a group of few 30s, that could be fun as well. Anyways just wanna hear your thoughts on SL so far and what bracket you will pick first. Cheers!

Those are not the twink brackets. Scaling may still be fucked. And not all dungeons scale to 30. Some scale down to 10, 15, 20, etc.

Well, atm brackets on PTR are still 10-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50 51-59 60 with still separation xpoff xpon.
Depending on where the f2p cap falls (10, 15, 20 or whatever strange number), I guess that's where most of the twinkling scene would be, pvp wise.
On pve tho, it's a different subject, but from what I could see on ptr, low level twinks are pretty much soloing everything like butter ...
Maybe there are still some challenges for pve twinks at higher levels

unless you’re planning on using the xp debuff(if it doesn’t get fixed) the only options are still vet/ftp and capped accounts. not sure why youre even talking about any other bracket in regards to twinking for pvp.

because 3 whole brackets that prefer xp-off (19s, 29s, and 39s) are being squished into 19s and damned neared everyone else is ending up in 29s. There might (finally) be enough of a population that wants to play their old toons to put together semi-regular games at those levels.

with that logic since 19,29,39 are pretty much made up of the same players just on different toons why cant we schedule xp off games now? also even if there’s enough players to get xp locked games going how long do you suppose they will last? with hurt feels and fragile egos i give it 2 weeks before one group/guild of players becomes dominant and the players who really are twinking to farm leveling players have to complete with actual pvpers stop queing. ive seen it before when we all realm transfered for xp off 29 games.

I dont know how true that is but that is a good question. I'd imagine it has something to do with everyone being rather particular about their preferred bracket and not really wanting to dedicate time to another one. Now, they have no real choice.
