EU+US Brand new to twinking. Need some help with xfer

Hey guys,

I decided to go ahead and create my first ever vet twink while being bored waiting for SLands. I just finished gearing my Resto druid on my main account and was told that I should now go ahead and enable my XP and transfer to another account in order to play BGs again.

My question is..

When I try to transfer to my other account (under the same Bnet), it wont allow me do so because I have heirlooms. My neck is the BOA one with Satyr enchanted which i believe is ideal for my class. Do those of you who normally transfer your twinks off account do so without heirlooms? Is there something I can substitute for this or am I missing something?

You just need to enchant the neck after you transfer. Sucks for enchanted heirloom legs and shoulders though.
But Heavy Knothide and Ironscale leg armor can both go on BoE legs and shoulders without binding them, if you end up needing to replace loom shoulders/legs

Ah ok. So i can buy another Satyr and keep the neck in my bags? and then just enchant it once I xfer? I was using Heirloom shoulders so I might have to find a replacement :(
 
You can have the enchant scroll in your bags and create new boa necklace to enchant when you transfer, just be aware not all enchants can be applyed without gametime.

Yes you can use the satyr enchant on a new neck you make after you xfer

If you are mail leather or cloth you can get boe shoulders from https://www.wowhead.com/item=37164/swords-deck which can be enchanted with https://www.wowhead.com/item=34330/heavy-knothide-armor-kit which won’t bind your item

Ahh ok. That makes sense. So My neck enchant will work after I transfer, and then I can use the armor kit for the shoulders hopefully. Thanks for the help guys

You can make use of shoulders from Darkmoon Fair or just some solid aurora shoulders from random dungeon satchels OR (if you're horde) snag the shoulders from the krom'gar quartermaster in stonetalon.

Dont worry about the enchant, you really dont need it.

To add on to this for OP's sake, vanilla and BFA enchants specifically cannot be applied without gametime. Everything else is fair game.

To find out when an enchant was added to the game check it's WoWhead page and it will tell you what patch it was added in.

Most notable enchants are minor speed (BiS for druids,) crusader, and accord of "X" to ring (BiS for all specs.)
 
oh oh oh, dont forget your spellpower to weapon scrolls. healing power to weapon cant be used without game time but spellpower can. Gonna want that when you get those sweet BG weapons.

Yep I got those! Although I only have one major spellpower in my bags because for some reason no one on my server sells it at all. I think Im all ready to transfer now but the game thinks I still have heirlooms for some reason when I definitely dont. Checked every item individually twice. Thinking it might just no be updating and ill have try again later. I really appreciate all the help everybody.

double check your trinket slots, and bank/bags for BoAs. Just type “Blizzard” in the search bar
