Who would've thought that it could upgrade to an epic
getting my BSB rep for the flag on pirates day and it upgrades to an epic, what are the odds!?

You can't do Ravenholdt, unfortunately not available for 20s yet. Maybe in SL though.

Handing in the boxes is a quest that I'm 99% sure is level locked, I've already looked into getting it on my 20. You can get to revered or whatever the mobs take you to at 20 though.
