Wargames have been added to Classic

Legend
Hey everyone, I didn't see a thread about this pretty huge news for classic twinking, so I thought I would make one real quick.

As the title says, you can now do Wargames in Classic wow.

We've confirmed that Wargames allow you to play against teams of the same faction, and also play against teams from different realms. It seems that in a Horde vs. Alliance game, Horde will always get the Horde base and vice versa, but in Horde vs. Horde (or A vs A), the base you get is random. Same faction teams are able to talk to each other in the game. You receive no honor and no rep from Wargames.

To initiate a Wargame, you must:

- Have 2 groups of 5 or more
- The leaders must have each other on battletag
- One of the leaders uses the command "/wg (battletag name) warsong"

Example: /wg anatomyx warsong

There is also a spectator command, but we have yet to figure out how to make it work on twinks. It's possible that the spectator command does not work if the groups are below level 60, but if anyone can figure it out, please tell us how to do it here.

Happy wargaming!

Spectator mode seems to be /invitespectatormatch IGBnet IGBnet 0 warsong

Need put ingame Bnet name of toon of person you want spectating (they got to be on same realm I'd imagine) 0 not sure if you put BG number there or not.

So will this make the bracket playable as horde now? Will all the ten mans rolling around on ally side go for wargames instead since they are all about practicing premades? Bet they don't lol.

Dude, you can't get enough can you? I haven't seen a single 10 man in probably 20 games of solo q. Haven't been in a situation on either side where ppl are getting GY farmed either. There's been some long frustrating ones but that doesn't mean they were bad games, really been impressed with this bracket's health tbh.
