19 Alliance druids using terrain exploits?

Just ran into some fella named Wellferal, got most of my team to report him so hopefully something happens. Is this the new norm for a random druid to 3 cap with barely any twinks on his own team, just from using exploits? Not talking about the normal jumps, I'm talking about jumps ive ever even seen before that you can only reach by using a swiftness pot, or possibly glitching.

I probably need to update my profile. All those 29 twinks were in MoP expansion bro.
