EU Unable to find arena since i locked xp

As the title explains, me and 2 of my friends wanted to twink on lvl 19 and play arenas just for fun.
We queued for arenas while we were leveling and found literally always a match but since we hit lvl 19 and locked our xp we're sitting in 30-60 minute queues without a match. Is there a bug or what is going on ?

I guess this is retail? (Think so since I don’t think classic has arena).
If so that is expected, only way to get pops is having other characters with xp lock to play against since the xp on and xp off queues are now separated. Any there ain’t that many other people with xp off queuing now a days.

They also don't have xp-off...

@OP queues were separated, only arena queues you'll get will be against other 19 twinks queuing for skirms. In other words, they will seldom pop, if at all.

Damn okey thats kinda .... em idk dumb im not sure what to think about seperating those queues but thanks for the quick answer !
