EU+US New at twinking. I have some doubts

Hello all, first post here!
I'm playing wow to time to time but I don't have enough time to raid or do dungeon with the organizate teams, so I found this way to play and I want to test it!
I'm pretty new at twinking like the title says. I readed some topics like the pinned post but still I have some doubts.

Firstly, I have to ask about enhancement shaman and retribution paladin.
People say enhancement is at very bad spot right now but I don't know why. They have good mobility, they have slows with the totem but I don't know if they have enough damage. Is that the reason why people don't play enhancement? If I finally decide to make one, I will enjoy it or I will be frustrated because I can't do nothing?

The same question is for retribution paladin. But I have to ask too for the weapon. Im watching the vet armory to get ideas and copy the gear. But I find some have a epic weapon, the pacifier, but is dropped for a lvl 39. Can I beat him with my lvl 20 or I have to do party sync or something?

Another question, I saw some people enchant their "bg" gear with crusader or good enchant, I missed something o they have to pay again to enchant when they have the new gear?

I didn't read nothing about shadow priest. Some advice?

Finally, I want to ask about the way to go. I read a topic "start here". So is this the way to go?
1. Lvl to 20 and turn off xp.
2. Do dungeon to get gear like rings or some piece armor.
3. Do the quest lines to get epics (weapons too)
4. Lvl up engineering to get the goggles and lvl up alchemy to get all the consumables you can make.
5. Turn off xp and leave the game time off.
6. Start doing bg or pvp.

I missed something?

I know I have lot of doubts I will read the forum again.
Thanks in advance, still I don't know what class should I twink first!

Yes it the damage thats low for enhancement.. Yes if you kill Lo'grosh on a level 20 you get a level 20 pacifier.
Vets can only do enchants that require above 75 skill. So Crusader, Vitality and some others can only be done with gametime.

Steps ye pretty much

Vets can't make anything above level 75, vets can't apply any vanilla enchants whatsoever or the accord to ring enchants.

Thanks for the replys.
Yeah, i know, turn ON exp when gametime expires, just a mistake xD.

So, i will start farming for my future Paladín soon. I have some gametime, so probably i make more than one twink.
Thanks for everything. I'll check the forum again.

And sorry for my english, is not my maternal language ><

which region do you play?

Hi and weclome @Colegui
Hope you enjoy the lvl 20 experience.
A few things to get done also while you have game time :-
  1. unlock all your bank tabs and resources tab and void storage
  2. if you can afford it or make it, get the biggest bags you can. Storage is valuable when you're a Vet and don't have a sub
  3. If you have a separate account (like a Starter account), while you have game time, you can do party sync with your other account and re-do quests to try and get some trinkets for your characters. This is only if you have the time as it takes a while to get the trinkets. Otherwise, check out https://xpoff.com/threads/f2p-bnet-tags.75096/ and ask here on the forums for some EU contacts who may be able to assist with Party Sync after your sub ends. The contacts that @Andre mentioned above will be a good start.
You won't achieve the best stats your first time round. Once your sub ends, and you do a heap of BG's, and you can get some better blues, these will need to be enchanted with game time (you can only put some enchants without game time). So next time you get game time, and chant up all the gear you have been storing up while unsub'd, you will be a lot stronger 2nd time round.

Most of all, have fun...... ;)
