mostly thinking for pugs where ill be protecting fc spamming r1 fbolts and polys

Gnome is the answer imo - you'll get way more utility out of escape artist and arcane resist than you would instant fence jump/perception. Gnome can do alliance fence, just not as fast - but for a Nicozy tink it's no big deal!
