Johneffer Prep Log

Weigh 285 today

Started this diet at 303-305, and we are already down to 285! I can see a massive difference in my face, talking about the bloat. I could easily see myself being very lean in just 6 weeks. Body is changing super fast

It really hasn't! My gym is still open but it is only allowing 10 people in at a time. And I live in bum fuck no where so theres usually only 5 people in there now and I think more have stopped coming bc of fear for the virus
How’s gym closing been affecting prep mate

Hello

I am going to document my diet/current physique updates over the next 4 1/2 months here while i prepare for junior nationals bodybuilding competition

should be fun to watch and maybe motivate some of you to get off your ass and start backstrafeing in real life

IRL Consumables:
I will be taking 1000mg of Test E, 500mg Of Trenbolone A, 400mg of Masteron P. Prob 1mg of arimidex E.3.D. and Pramipexole every night .5

Current physique is pretty atrocious as I've just been a fat cunt powerlifting not really watching my diet and not on any gear either

Last prep (sometime in august):

305 lbs
How tall r u?

Stay natural you can literally get as big as you want to be natural.
^ dude has no idea what hes talking about. There is a huge difference between 100% natty physique and anyone who uses hard supps. Depends what you are looking to do and risks you are willing to take.

Neon. Enough. If you are being serious with that you have zero clue what you’re talking about

Currently on a bridged program lots of the big 3 been lifting like almost 2 years wondering recommendations on sups?
Supplements as in gear? I would stay natural if I were you - buy a good quality whey isolate and creatine. Everything else is a scam. The only supplements that work are illegal

Get a 700 lb deadlift, 405 bench and 600 lb squat tell me that your not going to be big natty. @Johneffer @MostGeared no need to take supplements

If the guy in my profile is not jacked enough and you need to take harmful drugs you have body image issues and suggest you go to a therapist.
Send me videos of you doing any of those PRs lol. Youre full of shit.

The hell are you talking about are you that dense that you didn't get the point I was making?
I mean.. you are talking about professional lifters and anomalies. You said, and I quote, "Stay natural you can literally get as big as you want to be natural". That just isn't true and is totally subjective. What if johneffer wants to be 300 lbs solid. He physically cannot do that without supplements. It is impossible.

And before you say "WELL WHO WOULD WANT TO LOOK LIKE THAT BODY ISSUES WAH WAH WAH".. It doesn't matter. Your statement is not true. If I want to be 300lbs. I cannot do that naturally. End of story. You are wrong for not being specific. If you want to clarify what you meant, be my guest. But seeing the shit about fitness you are posting in your status I dont believe you to be in much shape at all lmao.

This was me eating almost 3000 calories a day and powerlifting. I was working out consistently and trying to get as big as I could with whey, and minimal supps. I just couldn't get any bigger than where I plateaued. I hit 425 DL, 275 Bench, and 365 Squat. Not great but for 180lbs It's not bad.

@Neon try hitting an 18 min 3 mile then talk to me ;)

Neon kinda derailed. Didn’t mean for that. Thank you for caring tho! I was just curious on if there was anything people who lift recommend taking. I love the JYM brand so I take their pre post and protein which has my creatine. So im good there. Was told i needed your fish oil zinc etc and i tried taking those and mulit vitamin but never really did anything for me.

Kinda in that spot also where im getting the gainz but feel like i should be bigger. Maybe all diet? I do usually take in 230-250g protein a day at 195lbs

Strength doesn’t correlate to size @Neon

And powerlifting and bodybuilding arent the same thing

I did bench 405 naturally, squat 545 and deadlift 545 before gear lol I also was much much smaller than now

it’s not the same thing At all

You’re a nice guy but kind of fucking annoying that you derailed my thread an entire page about something u have no clue about

With the caveat that I coached weightlifting and I never really got into coaching bodybuilding (so if I say anything different here from what John says, please listen to John instead)

BUT

Patience is the biggest factor that tends to be missing from most peoples diets. When we moved weightlifters up a weight class, everyone had to be reminded that it was a multi season process. We usually considered it a pretty wild success if our lifters could consistently add a kilo or so every 12 week lifting cycle. Thats about 2 years to move up a weight class without getting super fluffy. And we lifted in USAW so regular USADA testing was a thing, so everyone was natty.
