Fishing in Legion for Reputation Items

Do I have to wait for the corresponding NPC to be up to fish for his reputation items?

for example: If I want to gain Reputaiton with " Corbyn " do I have to wait for his turn in the cycle to fish for his Reputation item " shiny bubble ". Or can I fish any day for "shiny bubbles"

No, you have to wait for the NPC to cycle.

WoWhead (https://www.wowhead.com/) tells you what fisher friend is up for the day each day right on the front page.

Today is Impus meaning you can go out and get the shirt.

Fish with the guy on the floating ile near dal if ya want decent stuff if ya can’t wait for particular people in rotation.

Got a fish mount off of that guy and it looks better than darkmoon fish mount.
