US How can a FTP account lvl 1 make gold to stop exp for lvl 1?

This coming Sunday after the Fishing Tourney, Ill be spending the whole week in DMF fishing using the Toy, Haste (a 10 twink) told me its a good way to get the "Got My Mind On My Money" Achievements.
So, I'm assuming so, yes.

The kick in the dick for this is that f2p can no longer sell items that would put you over the 10 gold limit. IE, opening blingtron packages to get there means you'd have to open exactly 10g in vendor trash. Because if you try to sell something worth 12g, it'll just give you an error.
So the fishing will be the best way to do it.

Can always kill mobs in Northshire if you're a couple silver short and eventually get there with the copper (im assuming)

That's been the common claim, but I tested it when I decided to lock a fresh Lvl-1-F2P for use during The Great Gnomeregan Run a couple years ago (maybe 8.0.1?)... I was able to lock/unlock it multiple times, and even farmed a tiny bit of XP in-between.
I suppose there's still a possibly that it could bug-up BG queueing or something... but I'll leave that for someone else to test.

Accounts without gametime are unable to unlock XP atm.

No they can't.
They can use Hyper-Compressed Ocean but I don't think that works with Dal fountain coins? @Winterly would be our guy to confirm or deny.

I’ve gotten every Dalaran Coin achievement on my 1 using the toy. I’m pretty sure I got those greys listed above.

I done it a few weeks ago and all you need to find is the easter egg thing that other players can place down (anyone can place it down, i used my alt account to phase myself on my lvl 1 and then also on the toon that has the eggs so that when i relogged they'd be on the same phase), it's that painted egg thing that costs 10g and it sells for 9g, so you need 2 of them to lock xp at level 1 when f2p. vendor the first one for 9g, spend 8g on random transmogs on your looms to get down to 1g, and then sell the other to make 10g total, and you can lock your experience. find someone that has 2 of them laying around (you'll know if it's the right painted egg if it vendors for 2g 50s in your bag). quicker than rng blingtron dailies if you can find someone with the eggs, or even if you have them yourself
