EU+US BoE epics

Hey, wandering if anyone knows of any gear that scales to epic for a rogue. Currently aware of two, boarhide leggings and talon of vultros.

I know quest gear can upgrade but that's pot luck, also aware i started late for epics, should of done during av event for a few epics.

Looking to eventually replace all my looms with at least blue gear, outside engineering bits.

Hillsbrad is lvl 15-60 so I didn't think those would scale down to lvl10

Sadly The Pacifier and Boulders dont scale to 10.

Mentioned those in op, actually got lucky on ah which made me decide to go 10. Found a level 9 pair of them for 2k

Do these items scale down to level 1-5 now in epic form? I'm wanting to farm them but don't want to get a drop thats 10+, thanks
