Weapon damage for fury/arms

Is important dmg range for ilvl 32 weapon for fury/arms ?

For example: The Pacifier epic version has:
19 - 25 Damage Speed 3.60
(6.1 damage per second)

'Liberated' Greataxe has:
14 - 30 Damage Speed 3.60
(6.1 damage per second)

Emil's Brand has:
16 - 28 Damage Speed 3.60
(6.1 damage per second)

Which one is the best ?
The best stats for me has Liberated, second one Emil's Brand, and last one The Pacifier... but I'm not sure if in summary The Pacifier isnt the best one beacouse od the tight dmg range (only 19-25) ?

What is the best option for fury and/or arms?

isnt the bg crate blue axe better (the crit vers one or even the full vers one)

I'm not asking for the best weapon at all. I'm asking if important is dmg-range for similar 32 ilvl weapon with equals dps (6.1).

if u build quickblade
go with higher top end dmg

if u build aurora
go with narrower gap between low end and top end dmg
