PTR The beautiful struggle of playing f2p.

Hey guys if you didn't know I recently came back to retail. At first I started right back on a fully enchanted vet, but where is the fun in that, I could kill most people in a few seconds, had alot more health, survivability, etc. While playing on an overadvantaged vet twink can be fun, I find the real fun in playing a disadvantaged f2p twink is trying to overcome your opponents with no help from enchants, consumables, or glitches. You have to be more aware about your actions and there really is nothing more funny than 1v1ing decked out vets and out performing them, because you know it was all you not the enchants. Anyways, take this with a grain of salt if your a diehard yolo vet twink, just trying to enlighten some fellow twinkers how much fun they are missing.

true, but when I solo que into premades time and time again with a bunch of lvlers on my team, i gotta roll my vet to try and carry them. if u que with a group ftp its cool, if u que a group of vets its just a boring farm fest to boost ur fragile ego

Tbh whether your on a vet or f2p does not really matter if your up against a premade when you have alot of levellers on your team.

yea mostly, but every now and then there will be a couple of decent players mixed with lvlers in the pug to take down the premade and i think to myself if i was on my ftp this would have been a loss.

I can honestly say that if you play a hunter, mage or druid dps or any healer you can hang with the best of them just my 2 cents from personal experience.

yea ur right, when i had 3 months sub to check out classic, i played my panda priest and was fine, its more the rage i get from getting gy farmed alot that i feel the need to get revenge with my vet, that's when i break out my cheap ass arcane

Sometimes it is better to leave the game and wait to join a better one then sit in a crappy one all depends on whats going on though.

What does any of this have to do with ptrs though? I'm confused

i have a second account with a bunch of derelict 19s i could level to 20. worth y/n?
If they're old 19s, hold onto them as trophy twinks. You can get a f2p geared up to snuff in a day and you can fo the same for a vet in a few hours.

your not a celebrity like me
i get sniped. people make intentions to ruin my bg experience (although it never happens)
gotta have that vet i need them third winds and drums

in fact i might move up to a new lvl of scum and stock up on arcane bombs
frag belt into arcane bomb (i dont think they share cds)

anyways point is vets have their moments of uh "overcoming certain situations"

I mean its hard to ruin or snipe a 5-8 man premade but keep thinking the world is out to get you bud!
