Need some help for a speed twink

Hey guys, after reading and leering at alts on here I decided to make a warrior movement speed twink, I have had a ton of fun with it so far but need some helpful advice on how to hit that 200% movement speed. Here is a link to my char and aside from upgrading the greens I have to the 233 ilvl versions any help would be great. Also I have the leggo boots gemmed with both speed increase gems and a mastery gem but for some reason they don't show up in armory.
Thanks again

Yeah neck level will be one thing, but some quickies would getting some crafted rings with +113 of your stat of choice. Make a JC and spam craft them if that's what it takes ^^

There's also an epic version of the cloak you use that's still valid for the same enchant, which can procc with 30 of a single secondary (see my toon). Also for me this was a case of making a tailor and knocking out 50+ of them, still relatively cheap.

For wrist+legs, while pricey, you could improve slightly with some 110 ilvl200+ BoE raidgear with a socket (and maybe even speed too).

I see a few warriors go for the engineering dragonling trinket which can take cockwheel sockets for 80-ish mastery

Really jealous of that trinket with socket procc....don't tell me you got it first run please xD

Solid but why not the the 300 pieces for shoulders and chest, I think that will give you at least 3-4% extra no ? since you can't plug the +50 haste gems into the shoulders as they are too low ilvl, the 300's would be a 2%ish bump from that slot alone.

I have a 110 warrior that I've been building a speed set on, I'd appreciate some advice if there are any improvements I can make. Outside of leveling to 111 :D. Currently 193% with a haste build and 198% with a crit one.

I don't have the heirloom weapons from Garrosh, wasn't playing that expansion.

The only way I know to get 300 IL azerite is from pvp. Ive been in que for over 5 hrs multiple times :( . If you know another way please let me know :). Also I would test an heirloom cloak with 2% movement speed and haste enchant with your set if you havent already might give more speed than your current cloak and being 111 will allow you to use +50 haste gems on all your 200+ item lvl socket gear. Also my armory isnt going to be 100 exact because I have several different gear sets for different task

The only way I know of to get 300's is from the bfa quest lines. The way it works is each zone has 2 pieces(6 total) and 1 from war campaign making it a total of 7 available, not all of them are 300's. The first 4 you receive will be 285 and the last 3 will be 300's.
Here is a detailed guide someone else on this forum made that shows which zone drops what pieces and you can use wowhead to check what each piece gives to figure out how to get 3x movement speed by the time you are done will all zones. https://xpoff.com/threads/110-quick-start-guide-bfa.80758/
I also want to add there is 1 head-piece that is a guaranteed 300 piece that doesn't count in the above mentioned paragraph, it's from the pilgrimage scroll treasure quest, which is a quest you get from looting chests around BFA, good thing about this one is that it is a guaranteed longstrider trait so it is worth getting also.

As for the heirloom cloak, I was using that before i started using the current one and it's exactly the same stats overall in terms of speed so pretty much interchangeable.

is there a cap in battlegrounds for speed or could i make a druid at 110 able to grab a flag in wsg before the other team makes it past middle?

The big druid FC advantage is in travel form wild charge + parachute engi enchant. Especially as horde, where you have height advantage in WSG and TP. For example, in TP in you can charge + parachute with the alliance flag from their base and will land past the midfield river. Done right, it's a cap in 30s if you can dash + stamp roar after. It's similar to what hunters used to do with disengage + slow fall years ago. And of course, root break on demand + roots/slows.

Speed-wise, if you are truly maxed out on speed gear from antorus, you can manage somewhere between 190-200 runspeed in cat form (this is taking into account no legendary effects being available and not having access to ZT racial), obviously more in travel form. A more humble goal of 170-180% in cat form should be easily achievable with only a few +speed items. However, druids don't really need this since their base speed is already good enough (and if running Feral or Guardian you have Malorne's Swiftness pvp talent) - so your efficiency as a FC will be better if you actually gear to survive being killed, or do proper dps. If you focus solely on runspeed you make too many sacrifices in stats and will be a free kill for any other twink - of which I'm told there are plenty in the 110 bracket :).

I'm not aware of any hard limit, but you won't ever be able to run faster than a mounted Dk or pala in a BG while carrying the flag. Simply not possible due to no legendary effects being allowed.

Outside a BG, I can manage 237% in travel form while in combat (theoretically this can reach 250%), for what it's worth. Funnily enough, in speed gear I'm faster in combat than out of combat (since travel form is hard-limited to 200/210% when acting like an out-of-combat mount).
