Where im from, there are places called Food courts where its a (usually) single story large building with multiple stalls that sell a wide variety of food. So if no ones cooking, i just make my way out of the house and walk 200+ metres (~656 burger feet) to the food court. Food for the most part is cheap.
 
Eating is for pigs.... Humans only drink! I live on beer (820 kcal per 2 litre bottle a day).
2 x 820kcal= 1640 + some veggies (200-300kcal) = ~ 2000 kcal a day.
Thats a normal meal for 190 cm , 90 kg man like me.
Good and healthy hormones from beer + veggies for health. Nice combination.
Beer keeps yours cells young! Im 30 years old but I look like 13-teen :p (in brain and mind);
 
Added restaurants since it’s not really like eating fast food
 
I grill a lot of meat and cook up eggs bacon etc in a pan.

I try to stick to only eating animal and avoid any form of carbs including vegetables.
So far tho it’s just been unstable and I end up binging on carbs here and there.
 
I started intermittant fasting everyday 20 hours and a 4 hour eating window. I eat primarily meat, whole grains, fruit and vegetables. I lift intensely and cycle everyday.


Right now I am building muscle while getting leaner got my deadlift from 315 to 445 in 1-2 months while getting cut abs went from 180 to 174 but gained more muscle. I am bulkier and leaner than I was at 180. 500 is coming soon I give it 2-3 months most likely less keep crushing the health/physique goals everyone.

Oh um I guess I soldout like I always do.

On a real note you can look healthy and be really jacked but still have terrible bloodmarkers and the food you put in leads to more gains because you cured your body of deficencies.
 
I mainly eat at restaurants or cafes as I usually get off work at 5-6 and then need to travel home for 2-3 more hours.
 
Raw fruit/veggies. Cooking meat and other kind of food myself when i have time.
Dried meat and canned fish save the day when i'm busy. Trying to avoid junk food as much as possible.
 
My girl cooks most times but I hook some steaks up on the grill pretty often and breakfast for dinner, when she works (7pm-7am) I make some easy shit and play video games lmao
