Is it at all possible that this can proc from ranged attacks?
Wouldn’t expect anyone to know.
Have experimented with this a bit on vanilla p servers but from a melee perspective only and even then it gave some weird things like replacing the melee swing upon proc.
Wondering in retail now since it’s not specified, it might work on all ranged attacks as well.
