BIS gear/talents: 29 rogue

FC - Pagle
This is my interpretation of a glasscannon 29 Rogue. I am going to continue putting together these gear references together so you guys can get a general idea as to how you'd want to gear your twinks on classic WOW. Once again, please leave your feedback and tell me how this build can be improved, and if there is a specific class/bracket twink you'd like to see, let me know and I'll get around to making it!

15%+ damage on evis is bad?

its bad because evi is shit until lvl 40 or something

Evis AP multiplier scales with rank. So low levels = low multiplier and low AP = Evis bad.

Also for full glass cannon I'd recommend less stam pieces. Specifically I'd trade off raptor hunter for 9/9 monkey, 14 agi or 28 ap chest. Your job is to do as much damage as possible within 5 seconds and stam isn't a prior.

That being said for full glass you need imp gouge and imp BS in the combat tree. You're entire build is centered around tea/sapper bombing and without imp BS it is very lackluster.

You can go a more hybrid dagger build, which is not optimal but is fun nonetheless. For that you can go more stam pieces but I still recommend a near full combat tree build (015/5 comes to mind). It gives you imp BS and the almost required 5 percent hit. Let me know how missing a BS and losing 60 energy feels like. It sucks. On top of that you get imp sprint which is invaluable...especially on horde side where you dont have EA.

Some other dagger options I would reccomend would be Claw of Shadowmancer for MH and Vendetta for OH. Claw has the highest base dmg dagger for 29s and Vendetta is the fastest for poisons.

This and maybe switch to torturing poker after ambush. I’d rock the claw with +5wep dmg and the poker with agility

This build will only be good against non twinks and maybe glass cannon mages/warlocks imo. Sword rogue with improved ss and increased crit is where it's at for fighting other twinks. Zealot blade mh and a focus on agility/stm.

here's my twink spec and gear.
I haven't played since bc so i'm rusty on a rogue. I went for damage and crit, and wanted agi/stam gear.

Weapons I have are butcher, vendetta, zealot, torturing poker. I plan to run butcher/vend or poker/vendetta most of the time. crusader/15agi and +5dmg on poker.

I have greens for ring/neck/boots/belt until pvp rewards are available. I only have 8/8 helm I have been looking for 9/9 agi/stam.
I plan on doing 100hp and 8agi head/leag enchants, one of each.

[doublepost=1573931625,1573921791][/doublepost]I also just realized my green belt may be better than the AB belt, it has +6agi/7stam on it. compared to 4stam and 24ap.
any thoughts or feedback on my gear and spec would be awesome

Zealot blade is better than butcher. I have same talent spec but opted for improved ss over stealth, never really had a problem being detected tbh.

Ok that's good to know, ill throw it into imp ss as well I like that. What enchants are you planning on your weaps

Gnomic goggles are worse than the pathfinder hat?
And in the case of the ally is better to use the tunic of westfall?

can't get gnomish goggles at 29. If you used tunic you'd gain like 4ap, pretty insignificant amount of crit/ dodge and lose 110hp not worth it.
