We will be able to kill the world bosses for loot this year! Gear should be 360 (for 119), correct me if I'm wrong.

EDIT: 378 BASE ILVL DROPS! woooo!!!

i look at the calendar .. why does it says the 15th anniversary event last till jan 2020 ?

Which dragon was it btw? I assume eu will get a chance before our shutdown tonight, can you tell me how long before shutdown these were up? I was taking my time with levelling I thought I have from the 16th, so its gonna end 2 weeks from today do you know?

yeah my calandar says the same.

Also fyi, if you want to play duel specs, don't turn the BG quest (378 wep rewards) in until near the end of the event that way u can choose the other wep if you get the drop from the world bosses :D

edit- got a cloak I had from last time, 378 is nice I guess... even tho Ill never use that twink again. So logically speaking, once the levels get squished we should at least expect 100-119 to be a bracket, yes? If "power doesn't change" that's some serious disparity from top to bottom. There must be some PvP adjustment in the works for shadowlands.

It also seems that the dragons didn't get any harder but gear progressed... not any issues downing them this time around.

Gonna be leveling my druid as fast as possible and I have a frost dk from last year.. I was curious should I get my hunter or lock to 119 for this?
 
Hunter, IMO. The crossbow is pretty hot.

edit- damn.. some dude has the deathwing mount already. Did this anniversary stuff start before today?

So I take it at 378 these are contenders for azurite gear slots now, huh? Regardless, they will be better come shadowlands.

SL will have only a level squish not a stat squish so our gear should still be good. We should also be lvl 49 come next xpac.

Also seeing how the next BFA tier isn’t here I’m guessing next year’s anniversary to have ilvl 400+ for us 119 (eventually to be 49)
 
Yes, but level 100 should then be level 40....ish then. And they are waaaay lower in terms of damage. Now. That's all.

edit- unless the decide to divvy the brackets up by 5 again instead of 10. Which would be sad.
