Oceanic 39 Faction Balance Concerns

Hey guys,

I started on Arugal as horde at release with my friends and we've got to 60 and are a little underenthusiastic re: pve (we've done it on private servers) but super keen for twink pvp. I've noticed on my server that there appears to be a relatively severe imbalance between the proportion of alliance and horde, and am concerned that there may be more 39 horde twinks than alliance twinks. Wondering what your thoughts are on this?

I'm considering starting a new account and going alliance on it for 39 twinking, it's less than optimal as I'd be paying for two accounts potentially (have a 39 twink shaman that can't change). I think I'd enjoy having a twink warlock, but am concerned about WotF being a massive fuck around for me - wondering if there are any others out there who know how bad it is? And finally I've been assuming that all of the oceanic servers would be grouped in a battle group for BGs - is that correct?

Guess I could just roll a hunter/rogue, as I feel they are both strong independent of faction/race. Also wondering who else is out there who's keen on 39 twinking on Arugal - my battle net is uxthril#6912 - feel free to add me.

I live in Aus and I rolled on US servers.
Oceanic servers will not have 1/20th the number of twinks as EU or US.

making a 39 rogue on arugal horde, will go US if they open xfer/bgs are rubbish
