I’ll glitch Arcanum of Focus (8 Spell Power) onto Phoenix Pants (included) or any other BoE legs. Please note that these enchants do scale (2sp - 3sp in BG at level 20). They’re also super rare and I don’t know anyone else doing them. 250k on BH horde.
 
It says 4 sp in bg, but gives the 3. Still cool to have for looks/rarity. never know what they do w/ enchants constantly changing every other patch.
