EU+US AGM shield stopped working for level 1

Frozenwill and I just discovered that AGMs no longer block damage in duels when used on a level 1. Pretty sad days. Both spells and melee hits aren't blocked at all. Can we get some Fs?

Edit: Still works against mobs, seems to be exclusively removed for PVP.

Same thing for level 10s.

Even at level 19 it did only absorb "15" dmg for me. :p

There's something seriously wrong with this item lol
To me it looks like they might've added some kind of "scaling" to the effect, and our levels being "too low" for it to actually do something. Similar with certain enchants not working, because they.. well.. scale to 0.

...that's just what I was thinking. When Blizzard™ ruins something, you can never be sure if it's the "Fun Police" or just the "Incompetent Devs". :rolleyes:

If getting a patch as fun as 8.2.5 means sacrificing what was already a shitty version of agm I'll take it
