BIS gear/talents: 39 Enhancement Shaman

This is my interpretation of what a 39 enhancement shaman twink should look like. This setup will most certainly result in you hitting like an absolute truck. However, I am not too sure how practical it will be for totem-spinning with such a low amount of spirit. 8/15 of the items are BOEs, 4/8 of the BOEs will be hard to obtain. Feel free to share your thoughts and/or improve my starting point!

Trinket #2: insignia-of-the-horde

Not to my knowledge, no.
However, I have heard that stacking weapon skill is extremely beneficial, when obtainable. So the 7+ axe skill on the mining hat kind of makes it BIS, no contest.

I've been twinking since early TBC.
I never claimed that I played vanilla, or that my information pertaining to weapon skill is accurate, hence the following comment:

I am simply trying to give gear references to other players and help them out. I personally, would be overjoyed to see someone else do the things I do, as I personally find it of use. Why are you coming to my thread acting a child? Are you still upset I farmed you on retail???
 
Only a legiontink would reply with multiple paragraphs. Stop having a mental breakdown.

Don't think it's real. You can see it's not in the linked items, so they probably realized after taking that ss.
 
The miner hat only applies to 1hder axes aswell by the way.
