Hotfix, Azerite Gear Not Working In Legion

I am looking for some confirmation, but my azerite gear doesn't work on my legion account anymore in the BGs. I unequipped it to try my ABT neck and head, shoulder, chest can't be equipped saying I don't have the rights.

good time to start prepping a 120. antorus gear should still put you much ahead of 110 boosts or levelers. those ballers with arathi non azerite gear still will be rediculous

It appears the az BFA gear still works outside of instances and pvp. However, if you remove it, sometimes you can't put it back on. If you want to be a Twink for duels & wpvp, don't remove your gear or you're done lol. 1 of my 110s can put the BFA gear back on, and the other can't. Why? I have no idea...

And my artifact weapon (truthguard) is getting use of it's extra ability now Eye of Tyr. Every once in a while it procs and I have access to it. It shows I have 1/1 looking at the artifact. Might be a glitch because my lock and mage didn't get this.

a player in trade chat...just now (actually 58.31 sec ago + time to fat finger this post) was complaining and WTFing about his azerite gear now working on legion capped account. long back and forth, after he explained he paid to xfer player from BFA to a legion capped account, etc. lots of raging and flaming....money well spent, money ripped off, and the....hey you got at least XX months of OP god mode

based on blizzards past actions, there is no guarantee that there will be a BFA capped 120 BG. like Legion expac 110 only capped BG. blizzard did this going into WOD with MOP 90s, but that lasted only a few months. still rather curious why players Legion capped not purchasing BFA (includes me btw) have their own level bracket BG which for me, probably for many, awards no incentive to purchase BFA. as for azerite power, that could or not...be made inactive, next expac

I got a lot of fun out of it while it lasted. It amazes me how long stuff like this stays in game allowing people to abuse
