Best way to farm for Feet of the Lynx in 8.2?

Greetings!

I'm starting to work on a Level 20 Outlaw Rogue twink, and starting to prepare for the farm to get Feet of the Lynx. What's the best way to farm them in 8.2? I have seen a few other threads answering this question, but I just wanna confirm that nothing has changed in recent patches(as most threads I've seen were 2018, or 2013) -- So just wanna reconfirm before I begin this "grind"

I was pretty sure it was just like the old times, of having to run stockades over and over until hopefully you get them. But what do you mean by the epic proc from a quest? You talking about another item? Or something I missed?

Quests that reward green value (uncommon) or higher rewards have a chance to turn into blue (rare) or purple (epic) items.
Their item level is increased by 12 points and the stats also increase.

The chance is reportedly around 1/8 but after I don't feel that lucky.

Some rares that drop specific items also have a chance to 'upgrade' to a higher quality. But these are more specific however, they're farmable.

many people are creating toons, doing a specific quest for a special item. If it doesn't upgrade then they re-roll a new toon, delete the other and try again. Rogues for example will try to get Soothsayers Vest - if that upgrades then great. If not then they'll delete and try again.

Feet of the Lynx are still pretty good but I beleive there may be some quest rewards that if they turn epic - are better.

Don't feel any pressure. Although full purple items would be great, they're not necessarily bis. In truth - there's nobody at the moment who's Truly BIS as it would require the luck of a god. Imagine, Jesus's virgin firstborn lifted up by Rafiki on pride rock like simba luck.

Ah, I knew of the Epic Upgrade system. Was just checking to see what item they were talking about, guess I should do some looking around to see what are some possible Feet I can get from a Quests.
 
Buy @ AH ... cost max. 750 G ... or make a new LvL 20 Char and you will get better shoes then 7/7.
 
A level 20 scaled feet of the Lynx is 9/9 actually...

You gotta find mobs that drop it and farm them to death :) only the 7/7 drops from chests
