I'd say its worth going for an epic Pacifier. Especially since the 2h Fel in your sig has mastery on it so some of its stat allotment gets wasted in addition to having half the strength

Finally went and did it. My own comp couldn't handle 2x WoW and 2x osrs clients, so I had to use a spare one just for having Crystal stand afk - still the graphics were absolute crap.

Thanks to @Marquis for keeping me company :)

Now time to grind 4,5k coins for the pet... I think I'll skip the toy.
Also.. what's the meta for collecting coins now? Don't tell me I'm stuck with crane nests

Edit: and is +6 str and +0.3 DPS from Pacifier worth losing 8 stamina and 6 crit?

Edit2: Okay I checked Tenshin's achievements and it seems he got this beast of an achievement 11 days ago:

I believe it's actually 7500 coins (...and I was literally half-way through those when Blizz locked-down the Glinting Sand). :(

As far as i've tested in 8.1 (when they patched most of the ways to get coins), the only remaining source of Timeless Coins remains in the nests ... 1-12 coins per nest, and the wonderful aggro of every crane in range ...

NO! I would never kill a horde by my own will! I always defend the horde! When we start a BG ally plebs say "Wipe all the horde! Kill them all!" - I always say "But they are innocent creatures like you. Horde have children too!". I always /wave and /hello to horde and Im friendly but they start to charge and attack me. Im a good person, I`ll never attack an innocent and friendly horde! I just start to shoot them to defend myself. Just a survival instinct. Dont attack eachother , guys :( Make love, not warcraft!

But I have to admit... I love to kill ally scum with my powerful 120 lvl "Sith lord"-looking dark shadow priest ;]

To anyone wondering if the HotS promotion pet Graves is still ongoing, the answer is yes ^^ "just" need to get lvl20 in HotS, and it's automatically added to your collection just like the Hearthsteed and Core Hound Pup ;)

I'm already on record as thinking HotS is a genuinely good game, and that you should all give it a try...

...but I also recognize that the whole reason this "promotion" exists is to try to exploit the "addictive personalities" of pet-collectors in order to get them hooked on yet-another Blizzard™ franchise.

With that in mind, I figured I'd share some basic advise for anyone trying to minimize their "exposure" to HotS:
  • It's Account-Level-20, not Hero-Level-20.
  • The quickest (in playtime) method to level your account to 20, is simply to level 19 different Heroes to level-2.
  • Even playing in "Training" mode on "Beginner" difficulty should still be sufficient to hit Hero-Level-2 with a single (10-15min) game.
  • You get +50%xp when grouped with a friend... so if you're playing solo, then don't try to win too quickly (to make sure you level in a single game).
  • The selection of F2P Heroes "rotates" Tuesday mornings (3am PDT).
  • All totaled, I'd estimate it to be a casual 2hrs/week over three weeks (or one hardcore 15hr grind-session).
