I'm new to this bracket and wondering if there's a place where we can find all the bis gear and locations to farm them? I made a hunter so far if this helps.

The veteran armory would be an ideal place to start, I believe Ohti made a quick start gearing guide in the Vet section also.

You will also want Hand of Argus upgraded to epic, since it's bis for hunters(Alliance).
