Theres a couple threads on here about it being possible by blocking IPs and closing your game at certain times or some crazy shit like that. So maybe its one of the people using those methods? No clue if they spread the exp reduction buff when they get in

booty bay bruisers now scale to your level!

they still hit rly hard so you want to be a healer or a hunter that can kite if you wanna farm the rep

Wait... am I crazy? I distinctly remember debating whether it was worth farming them when I noticed that last year.
I dont recall them ever being scaled to your level. maybe i'm wrong idk not everything I say is gospel but like it stuck out like a sore thumb to be today when I was in booty bay
Have you farmed enough yet to determine whether or not the quests scale to your level?
no I literally logged in and took those screenshots, not sure if I wanna farm the rep just yet.

No worries... but this definitely isn't new: ;)
I dunno if this is known yet, but I discovered that Bloodsail Rep is REALLY fast to farm on low levels. This is due to the Booty Bay Bruiser scaling all the way down to lvl 1.

I don't know i just XPoff on my war and sham, and i think with all the BG (Previous XPoff bracket nerf ) some XP was gained but it stopped before lvl up. Which is fucking weird and bad from blizzard if its intended.

I checked on my mage 60 but i never did BG with him, So no XP issue like my war/sham related

Whoa, did you bank XP at 59?

A lot of the leveling squishes were worrisome for longer-activity twinks… saying like you have 1/2 a level away from dinging and the following expansion you're right at the last bar with the same amount of experience, because the amount needed to level was reduced - not your overall experience value.

As in 150K is 10 bars into a 300k XP level, but when they change it to only require 150k to ding you're suddenly full.

edit- like Nih shows, they just leave you at 1 XP point short of the next level because your previous XP was greater than currently required to finish that level. Liekly he actually lost XP in the process... say he had 180K XP, they'd reduce it to 149,999 if the to-level requirement was reduced to 150K.

They don't, but a decent amount of people leveled a while back (in cataclysm?) trying to get to the XP eliminator. They discovered new areas and the XP for that put them into the next level. Some even "discovered" Stormwind… wtf.

Got it. I had the same thing happen to a couple old toons of mine. Just misread his screenshots. I was real confused

Funny you should mention that... just a few weeks ago I was running around "honoring flames" for Midsummer, and somehow "discovered" Redridge again (after 7.5 years).

On a hunch I then checked my "Statistics" tab, and am also missing almost 100 dungeon runs (as well as various other stats)... I'm definitely curious just when/how that happened.

("Welcome back", by the way...) ;)
