*snort*

ok buddy. Have fun looking like 6 pounds of mayonnaise in a 5 pound bag

Dude many people get shredded eating fastfood.

ok. You dont have to listen to me. Lemme know how that burger king 6 pack experiment works for you
I listened I am not going to change what I eat, because it is how much you eat, that will change body composition. Taking in less than your tdee will make you lose fat and taking in more than tdee you will gain fat.

Good Luck with Mcdonald's diet, Neon. Experience will be your teacher.

This is correct up to a certain point.
The reason people recommend certain diets are to hit macronutrient amounts which do have an impact on your body and fitness.
These are broken down into carbs, proteins and fats.

A calorie defect coupled with a high protein intake is regarded as the best way to lose wait and cut weight while keeping muscle mass high.
This is because proteins are responsible for dealing mainly with muscle repair and building.

If you want to get ripped with what you have I recommend doing 30-50 mins of exercise a day with a high protein diet keeping your carbs and fat at around 60% of your daily calories.

HIIT will be your best bet doing composition exercises with super-sets. You won't need to do much cardio with this.

But to not do squats or bench presses will limit how far you can go greatly. If you incorporate these you'll see much better results.

Will never incorporate anything I can't do with what I have.

You can do squats with what you have. Dumbell deadlifts too.

I highly recommend purchasing a bench as you can do multiple different exercises for multiple muscle groups. It's not just for your chest.

If you don't want to buy anything, i have used a Box/Chest that stores all my vinyls in as a makeshift bench.

Targeting your chest will be difficult without this.

what do I do to get ripped.

Can I look ripped just eating less and doing nothing?

I don't want to train like a strength athlete or power lifter. I just want to look as jacked as I can with what I have btw.

I want to look the best with what I have, I don't want to bench, deadlift or squat.

but my diet will be eating whatever I want just eating 500 less calories under tdee.

okay so you want to get ripped
but at the same time, you actually don't want to
you fail to realize that diet is 80% of getting fit
