US Deathfrost vs. Elemental Force

Has anyone actually tested both of these and what were the results? I use Deathfrost occasionally and I find it procs alot.

Why don't you test yourself? Doesn't take too long. Get a dps tracking addon, use the love fool and start a timer for 3-5 minutes. Engage the dummy like you normally would then after the timer is up check the dps specifically from deathfrost/ele force. Divide the dps on recount from it by the average damage from the proc rate for the enchant and get an approximate proc rate for each enchant in that combat instance window. If you don't want to math just look at what wep proc dps is bigger and there's your answer! Works for any enchant anytime you want! Tell your friends!

Deathfrost is 21k gold.

Just read this it sounds like I’m trying to be a dick. I’m not I’m curious as to the answer but too lazy to test myself so I will give you the gold (if I can as I only have gold on limited servers) to test it.
 
somebody give this man the gold to test. That 21k deathfrost scroll was the same reason I haven't tested this myself.

I did this exact comparison when BfA first came out, along with numerous other static and proc-based weapon enchants. After extensive testing, the results of which I did not save, I concluded that elemental force was still the go-to dmg-based-proc weapon enchant. The damage between the two was on average identical, but elemental force's proc rate on average was 40% higher.

Deathfrost might be useful because of the extra slow, which is rare in 20's.
