EU+US 19s seem to have lost Duskwood.

I have one 19 char with "Hero's Call: Duskwood", but when I arrive, Althea won't talk to me. GM said "It's level 20 quest" The quest is on my maps (normal and mini), but not in my quest log.

Another 19 char just completed the 'Ribs' quest, but can't turn it in.

Did I miss a memo? Is this new? Did a search here, and found nothing on Duskwood.

Mouse over Duskwoord (20-60) ever since they added the scaling along time ago now, Duskwood's been a 20+ zone.

Too bad. I wish they'd gf'd the quest completion. They did that back when Cata hit. My last pre-Cata act: I'd gotten that Maraudon quest on a 29 mage (Leggings of the Verdant Oasis, some cloth gloves, etc). Was able to finish it after the patch.
