Its still nuts, been using it on paly and you often just rng invincibility, even on ret with a shield swap

Is it still proccing off damage and not block, dodge, parry like it's supposed to?

Maybe 1150 in BGs as 29?
If it actually works off block dodge or parry that's at least somewhat balanced and inc prot warrior. Last I heard it was procing off hunter attacks on a target dummy, That's going to be stupid broken :-/

that was in BG(so scaled to 29), outside of BGs its only 400~ absorb

tested naga hide enchant on level 20, the enchant (even after today's nerf) is still insane over powered and game breaking. blizzard needs to nerf this enchant to the current squish scale level they have other enchants at. fury war with healing abilities, one crusader enchant, naga hide enchant can still top charts in DPS and healing with ease. 1 vs 4 players without a healer, even smoke arc mages now
-outside BGs getting 480 absorb
-inside BG getting 723 absorb
-getting 3-5 procs per minute on fury, getting even more procs on prot war probably due to not only having more dodge and parry. but also blocks
last time we had anything like this was when the AGM gave 750+ absorbs, but that was on a 30 minute CD. current AGM has 161 absorb on 15 minute CD.
imo the absorb since it can proc 10-15 sec intervals, should not even be 10% of current retail AGM
