The "flaming-pumpkin" one works well with certain 'mogs (and I personally enjoy my occasional "bunny-ears")... but yeah, you're not wrong; "underwhelming" seems to be the overarching design goal for these things.

Ah I remember the craze whenever Ahune became first available, we would run the mobs over and over hoping to get the piece with a red socket. Imagine if it scaled to 20, a F2P with gems inside gear? Crayyyyzy!
