Some of you know I’ve been gone for sometime and recently returned home. Been informed about the brackets not being merged again -.- And the new epics? Can anyone explain how one obtains such? Where? How often they get them or are they a hassle. I leveled most of my toons to 70, so I just have my main 20s left. Looking to update them once again. All the info possible would be much appreciated for I have much to catch up on :)

What's your problem throwing random insults at people. Do you have issues?

Hey, here's a list (not sure when it was last updated but pretty sure it's current) of the farmable items that can upgrade.

Chops' video pretty much explains everything by a little TL:DR All quest items that reward green (uncommon) value gear have a chance to upgrade to either a Blue (rare) or purple (epic).

The items on the link are the items that upgrade from drops - Not all drops can upgrade.

You can check on the wow website and it will tell you if an item can upgrade (there may be an easier way to check):

Items that upgrade to epic are 12 ilevels above your average green ilvl .
So at level 20 an epic upgrade always gives you a 32 ilvl item.

I mean if you have your own quote in your sig you deserve to be insulted tbh thats a yikes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
ya they kind of did that due to complaints from the levelers...

epics pretty much comes commonly from the holiday events like the mid-fire one (we can do them now).
in addition every now and again (once in a blue moon if lucky) they appear randomly upgraded, but mostly from quests.

also, some quest zones (ashenvale, blood myst ile, hillsbrad foot hills, wetlands, and duskwood) that were level gated are now unlocked and we gain stonetalon mountains.

other than that, no other changes from legion.
