I just finished a random dungeon on PTR, solo que'd with XP off. No one in the group had a debuff. Ran RFC and by the end two in the group leveled up. So I don't think the debuff affects solo ques.
 
If you would of read what Ferender and I spoke about currently their are a few factors that go into new buff (The one that applies the buff to everyone else) being overwriten by the old buff (The one that doesn't affect anyone) I've seen multiple people say "Oh I tried it and it didn't affect anyone in my lfg" and others say "Yep it applies the debuff to everyone and they freaked out" Some people have the old buff, and some have the new thats why their is the confusion.

Well that’s good to know. as a player that plays a tank speck for lower levels, I can breathe a sigh of relief because I wouldn’t be kicked then.
 
If you have your xp locked your going to get kicked, the only reason Twinkkit's group didn't get the reduced xp buff is because hes till has the old buff, like i've said theirs currently a bug where the old buff is not re written by the new one intern causing half of the people to have results with the reduced xp buff, and half the people to have results of no change. (Ofcourse this will be fixed when 8.2 comes out and they finish testing)
 
I have already created a macro in ptr and you can still carry in instances. don’t worry about it. not posting macro until after patch drops.
 
Well if the macro actually works and it becomes public its going to get fixed just like the xp off, xp on BG bug did
 
i an only sharing with a few people. Definitely not going public with the tattletales in this group.

Xp on/off "bug" (see: exploit) hasn't been fixed tho¿¿¿¿
 
Well the only thing I do with my twinks are random dungeons, I.E. and raids; so this won't affect me at all. That's a load off my chest.

They never actually fixed the BG XP off/on macro, because its on client side not server side.
 
Ah, I just heard people talking about it being fixed never looked into it at all, just hope they do fix it on 8.2 lol
