EU 19 lvl or 29 lvl twins ?

Hello guys im new here , but not in World of Warcraft ! I play alot 19 lvl and 29 lvl twinks 2009 on WOTLK on privates . And now i wanna make my twink on retail . But there is problem everyone have same level / 19 / 29 . Do this alot or not ? When i have 10 lvl no gear char and game give me ( fake 19 lvl ) for bg any good 19 geared characters almost one shot me . So twinking still exist on retail at this day or ?

Yes 19s is still a thing on EU. you need locked xp and que WSG Specific around peak times to get into the games.
