New twink, need an explanation

So I just resubbed for the first time since WoD and I noticed that all these twinks are running around with ilvl 58 items when ilvl 65 (and sometimes 71 if you're lucky) are easily obtainable for a level 59 twink.

Still working on enchants and stuff but would love to group up for wargames and make another twink soon!

Because 59, I lvl has about 0 relevance at all. And since 58 is the base ilvl for the quest greens. These quest greens usually have strong secondary’s and beat out the mostly baseline affixes of dungeon loot etc. there are quite a few resources for 59s with nightly wargames everyday

heya! vecondios/pompom here. you have made some nice progress on your toon. depends on item itself. for my pali its il 58 because of a proc like the skull flame shield or my bracers have better stats then any of the epics quest drops. I am still building pali and missing gear but love to wpvp while building a toon. after pali is done and quests are completed im gona chase quest epics on pompom
