It seems far more likely to me that you've never won a TC and have no endgame accolades, do you wear velcro shoes too?

Do you realize nobody outside of xpoff has even heard of the twink cup? When I say nobody I mean NO FUCKING BODY. The title you have means nothing yet you think it makes your comments more valid.

HEED MY WORDS!!!

The main issue is that all these issues didn’t get dealt with way in advance. There obviously seems to be a grey area when it should of been shut down 4+ months ago.

But for real, when one racial has the potential to change the game when other racials doesn’t have the same opportunity to make those sort of plays. It should be highly concidered to be banned. (Doesn’t matter if you can obtain it or not)

As previously stated, I feel like once rules are in place. They should stay that way to prevent people from being upset. Hence what has happened here.

Okay keep arguing. (Popcorn)

It would have helped if RESB had a prize pool.

"This is our $1000 tournament, these are our rules, play or fuck off" works alot better than asking for funding from the same people playing the tournament. Makes for some shitty overlap of priorities and power dynamics

Convince me why I should be putting down $1000 to this community tournament, when the main reason i've took it upon myself to host it for you guys this year is because nobody else could facilitate it and people we're complaining a number of months ago about no Twink Cup announcement.

I've provided people the opportunity to support their community and it's players for FREE, yet people refuse to support and think it's all a big joke.

I don't know what you think "I" or "We" are getting out of this event, but so far all it's managed to give me is a full Inbox and a headache.

Hey blackout I hope you have been well, tbh with everything that has transpired I honestly believe it’s not worth putting the effort needed to completing this tourney.

Too many people wanting things their way and not enough people willing to compromise to make it work without significant backlash.

Only reason I say this is because I think your time is better spent doing other things that have more meaning to your life.

Twinks aren’t what they used to be....

This is how I view it from over a decade of xp playing twinks...

I'm not saying you personally should pony up a prize pool. Rather, I'm saying that the organization putting on a competition is usually the one also providing the prize. This gives them the leverage to set rules. At least this is how it works in more traditional sports

Asking the community to provide the prize pool while also providing the rules inverts that power dynamic. Which part of why things seem a bit out of control. You have no leverage to tell people to either accept the rules as written or fuck off. You need them.

I'm not trying to dog on you or tell you to personally front a prize pool. Just that the incentives are different in a "for fun" tournament and a "for money" tournament and perhaps expectations should be adjusted accordingly

This tournament is for twinks who enjoy competition, a twink cup badge on xpoff and advertisement/testing for your stream/organisation.

If you don't want to host this it is your call, but I'm glad you are and I'd love to spectate/commentate any games I don't play in.
