What's your dps on dungeon bosses like?

I am curious to see what the average dps is of 20s on bosses. I have nothing to compare to so I thought it was best to ask here.

Bonus question - what is the highest amount of damage you've seen accumulated in a BG? I understand Bgs arent totally about damage done but I am still interested

Especially interested in what the glass cannons dps is

PVE is so braindead I never keep track. I Tanked as War/Druid so it doesnt matter I guess.



PVP- I saw a Boomkin (could have been a 29 abusing in possibly) do 112k dmg. Dot dot dot dot

If we talking about this xpac, my highest damage done was on my arms warrior in eots at 94+k total
In all xpacs its probably in WoD when i did 225k in a wsg also on the same arms warrior

My average dps in dungeons for arms warr is about 132dps without crusader, not sure how high it jumps with it

i have broken 100k a few times on my 20 hunter that i have recently made. and as for dps in instances i have seen it get 500+ just because of pulling multiple bosses at once. as well as all trash that goes with it.

It depends a lot on the boss. Some absorb damage like a boss......oh, wait, they are.....
Here are some of my observations from my BM Huntard :-

Typical dungeon boss (this is in group dungeons, not soloing)
initial burst around 150 - 160..... then on long fights when focus starved, drops to 120 - 130.

20 target dummy
initial burst between 180 - 200..... then when starved again between 150 - 160.

In bg's (average between all bg types)
long run average between 125 - 150.

Sometimes I just feel like breaking heads, so I get the Fury out with double saders.....
You'd be hovering just over 200.....

i mean if i'm doing dungs i just play arcane like an ape so i'm usually 150+ on trash and 200-300 on bosses depending on crits
