Also, listen to your parents, and get a job. I made some money streaming, but it’s nothing like a secure career. The automotive industry here has tons of opportunities waiting for you.

Last few years, downtown has been expanding and there’s a lot more people. It’s been improving nicely in that area. My parents have not seen it this good since the 60s.
