EU+US Any way to increase epic proc chance from quests?

I think they should make it so warmode improves the probability - more of an incentive.

There are no confirmed ways to improve your odds though.

its pretty much the same shit as titanforging @ end game

just keep rerolling my friend

I had a great solution to this RNG item system. Disenchanting every useless green, blue and epic item gives x, y, z percent of better luck for getting epic for your next item. You may stack this buff up to 100 percent and save it for your BIS quest item to be epic. Great, isn't it?

it sounds awful, actually.

It is 'fair'. RNG is not. A simple change to make RNG hell better. This idea is more suitable for people who have less time for shitty grinds. You may find it awful if you enjoy grinding for days.

We can discuss with you if RNG should stay or not but it takes soooo long to get attention of Blizzard. You like RNG, np go grind the mindless NPC's. Nay? You don't like it? It stays at least a year till Blizzard starts action.

/cheers
Have a wonderful day!

Yes let's make world of casualcraft even easier. Just what this game needs.

Rng is rng. Been that way 15 years, get over it.

@Sanit
We'll discuss RNG with you as i told ya :)
RNG is the thing since day 1 so i totally agree with you. Getting over it? No, I'm not a lawful type.

You pointed that my little advice on system changes would make things more casual and easier. I don't agree mate. Less time consuming but not casual. This game lost its elitist state when people got hundreds of epic items from dungeons at Wotlk times. It had happened many years ago.

So everyone can get epics now. Even quests...ducking quests man...Will grinding and spending 100's hours make you NOT CASUAL?

This was the point that I'd like to show you.
Skill > Time Spent
Achieving big things which requires more skill and group should give you better rewards.
This is better than solo 'mindless grinding'. Don't you agree?

are yall devs? no? then it doesnt matter how you wish things were or how you think they should work.

This is how it works: Theres nothing you can do to increase epic procs. Period. Full stop. Why did this thread go past one reply?

it doesnt matter how you wish things
Do you remember the times we have a big 'WALL OF NO' for vanilla world of warcraft. 'You think you do but you don't'?
It does matter Chops, my friend.

This is the answer for thread's question. More than enough :)

ITT: Random number generation is not fair and my feelings matter.

okay so i figured out a way to increase RNG chance but its kinda difficult to explain but i will do my best -

first turn on world pvp
go to the location your gonna turn in quest or farm for rare epic drop
before you turn in quest or start farming the mob queue up for a BG AND dungeon
you have to wait for them to pop afk instantly out the BG and afk out the dungeon
Now with desserter de-buff from BG and dungeon casually turn in the quest. act as if it doesnt matter to you. play the role of a noob and "casually" turn in the quest
BOOM you shud get an epic if not then your EXTREMELY unlucky - if i had to guess you landed in a (average estimate) of 10% unluckiness compared to the 90% luck of epic that you formulated with the steps.

good luck and have fun

Well, short answer is a fat NO.
If you want to increase your chances of getting epics you can faction change and do all the horde or alliance quests aswell, but you can't improve the chances of RNG..
