EU+US RNG Impotence help!

Seriously, I can't get my RNG up!

I farm and farm, and quest and quest.. But when it comes to hitting that epic, it doesn't work! Is there anything I can do to help my odds? Maybe the Talisman of True Treasure Tracking? Does that help? If I take off half my gear, does the system recognize I need gear badly? If I /kiss mobs before I kill them, will that help? Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated!!

Aside from setting up a multi boxing operation, and group phase running please. I know these are the farmer pro strats, but tbh.. I dislike most of you, and solo run when doing most everything. =)

Make sure you have PVP War Mode enabled in your talents screen, it increases quest rewards. I just started a Horde 29 and only got a couple of rares in Silverpine and zero epics. Then I got 5 epics in Hillsbrad, so go figure. The fickleness of the RNG gods.

If it cheers you up by means of schadenfreude my RNG has been limp and flaccid too. The few quest rewards that have procced epic for me have been ones that weren't even worth equipping. Warmode hasn't seemed to make a difference, although it's hard to tell. I'm perversely starting to enjoy the beating that the RNG is giving me. More! I mean - no more!

Or just the fact that they have value in the Journey in azeroth turned out in a disaster poor epic procc no sec stats the treasure hunt was over.

I mad that i was logged on my banker ugly* gnome and almost gave all my gold away

Those sand crawlrs where it this one that dropped an chest after killing one group auto loot Upgrade!!! Getting used to upgrades now, i left the foamspittle guys alone

Btw i dit ./salute all the quest givers even salute myself for Johnny Imba

I think you're right. The War Mode tool tip says "increasing quest rewards and experience by 10%." I assumed that meant better chance for upgrades, but I did further reading on wowhead and it says "+10% World Quest reward bonuses at max level." So I guess it doesn't do anything for us, unless you're leveling and want the 10% xp bonus.
