Just started playing again and told myself if I could get a epic Foamspittle in a couple days (couple hours each day) I would go vet. Here was my inventory when I got it, not to rub it in for people that are still farming it.

i got two in the span of an hour after weeks of farming, crazy rng

my sub runs out in 5 days and i have no need for gold or the staves so i just run around SW looking for twinks who could use it, and ill just give it em for free

too bad i have zero friends in this game

Just got done farming one for my priest, trying to work up the willpower to farm my last one for druid. I'v had interesting rng, the first one on mage took 15~ mins, the second for monk took 10 hours~, the third for my priest took 6~ hours. I'm curious how the 4th will go over the next few days, rng is a fickle mistress for sure.
