Queues are fast...We have access to a lot of epics and large variety of new goodies. 29 XP Off people are no longer in the bracket, with the separation again of XP Off queues. Enchants are no longer quite as OP in BGs, either.
Very competitive.
Been away from f2p for a while now. Don't currently have access to my gaming pc. Can you expand on the xp off separation part? It's only trial accounts in bgs now?!

Oh, no. Not like that.
Trial accounts and levelers as well as vets are in the same bracket, but those who have their XP turned off are segregated into their own bracket (IE, no 29s with XP off).
It's like this at all brackets, in an effort to separate twinks from levelers (again). It's cut down on activity in a lot of brackets, as it makes the queue times slower for them.
However, those who play 110 on an account without BFA on it, as well as those who play 20 on a vet or starter? Better than ever.

XPOff and XPOn are seperete. Vets with sub off and trials count as XPOn.

Yes, but there aren't any epics in dungeons correct? Is there no concrete bis list?

Well it's gonna be super rng since full bis is impossible. Also horde/ally will be vastly difference. Most people find 1 item and build around, for a caster it's usually Fallen Apprentice robe on horde and Xakxaks Lab Frock on alliance.
