Has anyone tried level 60 twink classic dungeons?

I ran across a discussion in a twitch stream about twinking level 60 toons through classic dungeons. The basic layout was that you use a level 16 toon to limit your dungeon selection and a level 60 twink to kill the end boss with 3 carries. Druids were suggested since they can stealth to the end of the dungeon or at worst past all of the trash while the carries stay at the entrance.

I am trying this right now as I have 5 accounts but the main problem is that my level 60 druid just hit 60 so I am not set up with gear and he is on some old server I made a toon on for reasons I cannot remember so I do not have access to all of my crafters. Before leveling a druid on my main realm or transferring that druid while it is on sale I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this. I do know some people who have done solo runs of Stockades while in the mid 30s but they were very slow and took every single cooldown available. I am aiming for quick and painless with about 5-6 minutes run to avoid the instance lock out.

Any insight would be appreciated or if anyone is really, really bored and wants to try a dungeon on a level 60 toon let me know the results.

PS. I have been running STockades since my characters are alliance and I can walk into it but my druid as guardian does not do enough damage without ideal gear so it has not been going well.

Er... not sure what you mean, but I have several fully geared 60s. Feel free to add me.

Basically the plan is (sorry I was on the phone when I typed the original at work) is you form a group with a level 16 twink and 60 twink along with 3 other sub 60 toons. The two druids stealth to the end of the dungeon and kill the last boss for the dungeon bonus xp, rinse and repeat.
[doublepost=1553390766,1553390674][/doublepost]The reason you use a level 16 is to limit what dungeons you get to DM and Ragefire (hopefully Ragefire) so you can get to the end quickly. If you go any higher you run the risk of getting some of the very time consuming dungeons.

To use it to boost players to 60, especially allied races.

Not sure what you are trying to gain? Fast XP? Your plan would fall over in DM, can't stealth to the last boss, you have to kill each boss in order .....

I'd have thought that at 20 Stockades is way faster than DM. I'd do some tests in Stockades but my 60 Boomie is Horde along with most of my 19's

I leveled a Void Elf Priest 20 -58 boosting it with a 91 Boomie - lockouts were the problem, each run was about 4 mins, clearing the trash on the way to each boss in Stockades. iirc took quite a number of runs.

At 58 Hellfire dungeons are the way to go, Ramparts especially.

Edit - Just tried soloing Ragefire on a 60 - I wasn't able to stealth past some mobs, and because of the mob scaling they hit way harder than they do at 19. Ragefire is soloable easily on any class with some self heals at 19. Something I do when bored on mine waiting for Q pops. Might be different if you are queued with a level 15, but I cba to level to 15 just to test

Found a path to stealth to last boss in Ragefire - so good on that.

Level 60 - Final Boss hits like a truck in Ragefire. Even with Resto Affinity as a Boomie - can't heal enough. If you have stealthed past the mobs not a enough room to kite.
Level 39 - Same at 39, tried Resto but not enough damage.
Level 20 - Boomie - np. Stealth to last boss - Killable - not particularly quickly but completely possible without really any danger of dieing.

My 39 and 60 have better gear and enchants than the 20 - If i spent some time optimizing the 20 a bit it would be even easier.

Would boosting work on a 20 is the question.

Thanks for all of the input everyone. I have tried a few other methods along the way and it seems that "twink" dungeon running is just very difficult at the moment. I am going to test with maybe a level 64 or 65 with some good dungeon drops along with some lowbies and see what dungeons I can get into. Right now I am just 5 boxing dungeons with guardian druids but one of them has xp turned off (the original level 16 I mention) to keep the dungeon pool specific. I have a new druid on the team and when it his around 22 I am going to turn off xp and see if I can force stockades to queue since it is quick and easy, otherwise RFC is good for transmog.

To add a little idea here. I used my locked 60 druid and tried out Archvalrod's method just goofing around. I do have a razer black widow keyboard with the programable macro/toggle keys. I made an internal game macro to spam thrash, swipe a few times, ironfur, and frenzied regen. I had both games up on separate monitors while watching youtube on my tablet and in approximately a half hour I gained just under 2 levels on my 23 rogue. One thing to keep in mind is that with the zone changes, you cannot get into scarlet halls until level 23. You also need to make sure the follow toon does not afk out. You could of course do this with just one toon to level it but my plan was to use the druid to level other toons. It took a little over a half an hour to be reminded that I never repaired my druids gear and I had forgot to put my BoA legs back on and had on legs from Slave Pens. one side note, BoA gear does not take damage so it will not break. I had on elemental force as a weapon enchant, with brambles/resto affinity/ and mark of the satyr on the druids gear but he is not on my main server so I do not have access to my full enchants and other items. I am probably going to just level a druid on my main server to have access to all of my goodies and then use it to level other characters to 60.

I wonder if this would work in Shadow Labs with the mobs in front of the last boss which can be farmed on a BM monk with a statue pretty much endlessly. I will try it later and it may be a great way to level up toons to 90 once you can get into shadow labs (level 65 I think but I will check and edit).

Just to update in case someone tries the SM GY method of power leveling, the zombies no longer give any XP. I decided to mess around with this again earlier in the week and the zombie piles still spawn but give 0 xp. I guess I should have focused on it while it lasted but I am still considering making a twink level 60 to try to solo queue my accounts into dungeons for full xp. We will see.
