A lot of stuff exist as a mistake due to the short reemergence through salvage crates a few years ago, so wowhead lists it as being there

I think / hope more uniques will make a return in the next patch
 
Did zone scaling not bring it back or is the mob gone? Scaling brought back a lot of GFd items because the mob was able to go back up the couple levels to it's original level. Allowing it to drop X. Even Chromatic sword started dropping again.

This is only true for some items like chromatic.
