EU+US Scaled Keller's Girdle

I've noticed afew very geared f2p in bgs with Keller's Girdle scaled to level 20, with 10 int and 9 stam. Does anyone know how to farm this? I'm not sure if treasure chest items scale or if the drop rates listed on wowhead are accurate, thanks ^^
 
Yeh the blues that come out of world treasure chests in places like Hillsbrad, Wetlands, Ashenvale etc, don't scale. So you can either pull up and start farming crocolisks or yetis or some shit, or run stockades which seems to be the best bet, tho Im not sure of the reason why. Either way the undertaking is prolly gonna feel futile real quick ^_^

Because even tho the req lvl scales, the drops havent actually changed loot table so any world boe with an original req lvl of around 17-20 is gonna be found in stockades like kellers or lynx. Meanwhile a 15 or 16 like magefist is best farmed in SFK or WC and a higher than 20 like brawler gloves is best farmed in gnomer.
